How urgent is your electrical problem?
Rate the problem from 1 to 10. Ratings of 7 and above may skip the queue for a priority fee, and it is your choice whether to take it.
A call-out fee of R750 applies to every call. An emergency, rated 7 or higher, is entitled to skip the work queue and be next in line if a fee of R1,500 is agreed to, or else the normal work queue applies. There is no charge for a quote.
